Anyone can find themselves in a difficult private situation that seems hopeless. We discreetly gather the evidence that confirms or dispels your suspicions, quickly and at an affordable rate.
Private investigations
To confront your partner or as evidence of irretrievable breakdown in a divorce.
Investigate and prove an undisclosed additional income or an unjustified claim of indigence.
Is your ex-partner adhering to the agreements? Suspicions of alcohol consumption or irregularities during visitation.
A difficult private situation can involve adultery, alimony, visitation rights, alcohol or drug use, stalking, or theft. There is still an unwarranted threshold for private individuals to seek help from a private detective. However, the profession is 100% legally regulated in Belgium and our office works exclusively with dedicated and professional detectives.
An investigation can be used to confront your partner with evidence of their infidelity, or before and during divorce proceedings. Since the divorce law of 1 September 2007, one can divorce on the grounds of irretrievable breakdown of the marriage. Proof of adultery can serve as evidence of such a breakdown. As a result, the divorce can be expedited and the adulterer may lose all rights to personal alimony.
The investigation can be conducted in consultation with your lawyer. The private detective verifies whether the suspicion is justified: where, when, and with whom, and provides you with a report containing all relevant evidence. The factual investigation in non-publicly accessible places, such as a home or hotel room, can be carried out in consultation with you by a bailiff.
In a divorce, the judge establishes an alimony arrangement. It happens that the person who must pay unjustifiably declares themselves indigent, or that the ex-partner receiving alimony has an unofficial additional income. We can investigate and prove this.
Is your ex-partner not adhering to the visitation agreements? Do you suspect unacceptable alcohol consumption or other irregularities during visitation? Your children are your most precious possession and deserve a safe and peaceful environment.
Pre-marital investigation, drug use investigation within family or loved ones, stalking and vandalism, theft, tracing missing persons or lost and stolen property, character investigation, investigation into financial status or marital status, and other confidential assignments.
